  • I've only been here once, but I didn't have any service problems. I asked a question and it was answered with no issue. I had the Asiago bagel with cream cheese. I get my bagels toasted which always run the risk of being burnt. Here the bagel tasted great, wasn't burnt yet still very soft. If there was a storefront elsewhere in Charlotte I would go back.
