I take my SUV to places near home and work. One of them is Myler Automotive, the other is Norris Tire. Because I can drop off very early in the morning I've used Norris the last two times and was happy with both experiences. Recently I left a list on the front seat of possible things for Norris to fix, including brakes (I'd been hearing noises). When the call came to say it was time to pick up my SUV they told me the brakes were fine and that the noise was likely something temporarily caught in one of them. Despite every opportunity for Norris to rack up a big bill, they charged me only for an oil change and new wiper blades, which I'd requested. A couple of reviewers online say they're not friendly. Who knows. Mechanics aren't known for their people skills. But they're nice enough and do good work.
