  • Both salesman wear professional and polite . They had both bikes I was interested in and was able to test ride them both. Men and women at the parts counte wete polite and courteous Extremely happy with the bike I purchased. But the dealership policies show no loyalty towards a customers. I was lied to about being able to service my own Harley and warranty issues they will try and sell you a service contract that will be non transferable and non-refundable even if you purchase another motorcycle from them, their main objective when they get you to this stage is to take your money and run. If you already have my money from the maintenance contract and I am willing and ready to buy another motorcycle from you why wouldn't you transfer the contract to my new motorcycle but they won't and this is fact not fiction or my opinion. If you are a prospective buyer from this dealership do not go into the finance managers office alone make sure you fight for every penny and understand that contracts are non-transferable. Since my purchasing from this dealership I have inquired from other dealerships and realized that all policies are not the same.
