  • I was so ready to leave this place a great review until my encounter with them today. Less than a month ago I had them fix my Samsung S6 screen. They charged me $180. Yesterday, my phone screen started to fill with what looked like ink (an issue with the LCD I would guess). I look on their website which claims a 3 year warranty on parts and labor (I'll get to that nonsense later). I bring it in to see if they can fix it under warranty and of course like every other money hungry cellphone repair shop, they won't and accuse me of damaging the phone that literally has zero scratches on it. They tell me it will be $240 to replace. Um, why is the price now $60 higher. One employee said, "Umm, maybe they just fixed the glass last time?" Me, "Nope, whole screen." Same employee then laughs when I ask about the 3 year warranty on the website and says, "Ummm I think it's 40 days." Me: "Ok, well it has been less than that too." Eventually I say whatever and take my phone and leave. Then I click my home screen button and see that it is all black and flickering. When I brought it in 2 HOURS before that, I could still use the screen. So I go back in, ask to talk to whoever the first employee kept going to ask the answers to. He comes out and I tell him my phone is now uselsess and he says, "This is how we got it and tries to point out a phantom "scratch" that does not exist." I say, "No, this is not how you got it." I then ask again why the price has gone up $60. He rudely says, "Because that is the price now." My guess is since they didn't have the part in stock they were jacking the price up so I had to cover the cost of ordering the part from the manufacturer. It's 2017 there are more than just iphones out there. It's not the customers fault you don't have a part. You also shouldn't have tried to b.s. me on why the price was the price. He assured me that I could come back in on Monday and talk to someone else. Yes, I would love to waste more gas to come in there and argue with someone new. Wookie was great last time, I wish he would have been there today although sadly I don't think it would have mattered. So now I have no choice but to pay for this phone for a 3rd time or spend a fortune on a new one. Neither of which I can afford. Happy Effing New Year!
