Beware when going to this dental office. I had the worst experience when I went in, and for a person like me who hates having to go to dentists just made this trip unbearable. The receptionist, Cindy, was the worst person in the office. She was very short and dry with me while I was signing in, and didn't even look up at me when she was talking to me. Her eyes were glued to her computer screen. As I was sitting in the waiting room, a woman was finished with her appointment. As soon as she exited the office, Cindy immediately starts talking negatively about the woman to another worker saying she has been a patient there for a while and she hates that she comes to this office and wishes she would go somewhere else. What did Cindy say about me when I left? The actual dentist was nice, but he didn't seem to care that my tooth had cracked and my tooth had an abscess and was throbbing. He gave me antibiotics, but I was still in so much pain that I had to go to the ER the next day. The ER doctor told me he was shocked that the dentist didn't give me anything for pain with how bad my tooth was swollen and needed to be drained. So I basically had to spend a lot more money because I had to go somewhere else to get my tooth under control. Having to go to a dentist is not fun in the first place, but having to deal with a receptionist from hell is just a whole other level of torture.
