  • Took my truck in for shock replacement, R&R on the radiator, battery and cable cable replacement a different parts store sold me the wrong shocks (shocker) fortunately pep boys had them in stock, pep boys also had the right battery and saved me a good deal of money by re working the battery cable ends coating them with their super secret fancy no corrode spray which is working great to this day (no more white stuff everywhere) Ken did a great job got everything done in the middle of the worst heat AZ has seen to date. another excellent job. today they took my car in on the fly, slapped her up on the lift yanked off all 4 wheels and rebalanced all of them in 17 minutes, reassembled all and sent me on my way all no charge cause I bought all 4 tires from them, bar none the best of all pep boys in the valley.
