  • I bought my bike here and right off the bat I should have seen the warning signs. I told the salesperson I wanted to go with the manufacturer's 0% interest financing and he told me he could "get me a better deal". Unfortunately, I was naive enough to believe him. After all was said and done we owed 4K+ interest on a 16K loan, with excellent credit. Next is the service department. I was literally ignored every time I went there to get my bike serviced. The first time I returned to see Ken using the Honda polish to wipe my brand new bike down with a dry cloth. I held back and let it slide. Next time, while being ignored, I received the most hateful glare from a lady named Julie as she walked past me. Third, and last visit, Ken told me, "this bike is too much for me". When I received the bike it had been ruined. It had about half the torque it had before. The magic was gone at this point and I no longer trust Ridenow on Boulder to so much as touch my ride. FYI, I have spent thousands of dollars on gear and accessories for my bike since then and not a penny went to your business.
