  • This place is a big rip off; the people who run it are snobby, arrogant and not helpful. I went in the other day asking to remove links for sizing a very basic watch. After taking phone calls in the store that came in after I arrived and making me wait 20 minutes they claimed they didn't have the "right tools" to size my bracelet watch??? Next I went to downtown Cleveland to a real simple jewelry store in the Colonial Arcade. The employee was courteous engaging and removed links for 10 bucks in a few minutes, no problem. Gino's failed customer service miserably; I strongly recommend stay away from Gino's.
