I am updating my review based on the previous, now again, owner of the Company reaching out to me to resolve the mishap. He did reach out to me at the end of last year and refund my fees but also explained why he had not been in touch sooner (he had sold the company and had recently taken it back). I do appreciate him doing whatever he can to make good on an obvious mistake and I do understand, as a small business owner myself, that things happen. With that being said, I have since sent more business his way as a testament to their customer care and will mostly likely use them again in the future. Thank you, Honest Air Care.
