  • I live in San Diego, and owned a beautiful rental property in Gilbert, AZ. The time came to sell and I began asking friends and family if they knew any Relators in the area, the natural choice. I interviewed two or three folks that were referred to me, but was terribly unimpressed. . Having never lived in Arizona, I simply did not have ta strong local network that I could rely on. I then turned to Yelp, identifying the Gluch Group and one other popular realtor. After interviewing both options I chose to proceed with the Gluch Group. To be honest this was an easy decision for me. Jeremy (member of Gluch Group) did an excellent job explaining how the process worked and even provided a comprehensive marketing strategy. As an out of state client, I really needed a team of experts that could drive the deal from start to close without requiring me to be a big part of the process. In the end I was highly impressed by the way each member of the team had a specific area of expertise, and each member seemed well in turned with everything that was going on. They drove the process and pulled me in when they needed my input. I received a call every week from the team with an update and to discuss our strategy. Sure enough we found the right buyer and the Gluch team seamlessly managed the deal to close. Thank you Gluch Group!!
