  • We brought our two pups here for a weekend stay after our neighbor recommended it. After visiting the facility, we were impressed by the comfy rooms the pups would stay in and during our trip, we were pleasantly surprised to get a picture update for each dog. Our return, however, was a disappointing...They're closed on Sunday afternoon/evenings so we had to wait until Monday morning to pick up the pups. I planned to pick them up bright and early and drop them off at home so I could go to work. I was upset to see they both had gunky urine dried on their legs -- our white dog's paws were noticeably yellow...we didn't order a bath for them given they were only there two nights, but even PetSmart gives them courtesy baths if they end up walking in urine during playtime...I ended up having to cancel my morning meetings at work so I could take them home and give them baths...they were super smelly too :( Also, they seemed a little understaffed when I picked them up and the woman didn't put their harnesses on them before she brought them out to the front. She just set the leashes and pups on the ground for me to handle while other people were coming in and out the door with their dogs -- we have young pups that are easily excitable and it was super stressful trying to hold them back from the other dogs or running out the door/get their harnesses on/etc... We don't plan on coming back :/
