  • I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything. This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!
