  • Never EVER again. I'm giving it 2 because the lady that did my toes did a great job. My toes ended up nice and the massage was amazing. Maybe she massaged me so well in effort to calm my attitude I'm not sure but regardless she did a great job. When I first walked in I showed the manager a picture and asked her if she could get a color similar to the natural nude color I showed her on my nails. She said yes but I would have to take my set off and start all over since it was pink and white powder or whatever. I was committed so I told her that was fine even after she told me it would be $75 for my nails alone not including my pedi. I've never had my nails done using those types of powders so i didn't know what to expect. MIND YOU while this is happening she is yelling and being extremely rude to a new employee that was being trained. All of us in there were extremely uncomfortable someone even started to defend her. Anyway. When she finished the first nail, i asked her if that's what the final product would look like and she said yes. I immediately told her I didn't like it because it was way too pink and I wanted it to look natural I also asked her to cut my nails down because they were wayyyyyy too long. She said she would later. She never did. She continued putting powder on my nails and said that the end product would be different. On the fourth finger i pulled my hand back and told her to stop. I didn't like it and I just wanted to choose a color. At this time another customer walked in and asked for a full set. She then told me to go sit down and she would get back to me because taking off the powder would take too long and waste everyone's time. LOL WHAT!!! I sat down and got my toes done while having to soak my hand in acetone for over 30 mins. As i was getting my toes done the acetone kept spilling on my clothes and purse so i asked the girl doing my toes to take it away and she set it on the table holding my drink( I don't usually like having my hands in acetone because I have sensitive skin so 30 mins is way too much for me) well the manager came back and put the acetone back on my lap saying it would ruin their wood. I wasn't even trying to be one of those crazy people but my 3000$ LV purse was drenched in acetone so I wasn't worried about her damn table where her employee put it. Now at this point I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences so I came on yelp and saw that you can get 20 percent off for checking in so why not. Maybe it would make my trouble worth it. False lol the manager told me since she was already discounting me for changing my nails it didn't apply which she never discounted. The price went down because I wasnt getting any fancy powder. SO finally after 3 hours there I left pissed, with my skin all dry and burning from the acetone and rough manicure, nails that are WAY too long, and drenched in acetone. Save yourself the headache.
