  • I went to see the Amazing Johnathan Show a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was delightfully surprised by the non-stop hysterical laughter that I enjoyed from beginning till the end. His character is that of an inept magician but he's actually a comic genius that surprisingly ends up doing an occasional really good magic trick. Even before the show begins, he has the crowd in stitches by showing the patrons on a big screen and frequently honing in on specific audience members and putting funny captions under their image. He picks on one person that he gets up on stage and the interaction that develops translates into gut-busting laughter. The other players in the show are amazingly funny caricatures reminiscent of Burns & Allen. The show is edgy and sometimes irreverent but always FUNNY!
