Right when we walked in we got greeted by a lovely young lady. She seated us and promptly asked if we would like something to drink. Not too long after she took our order.

Delicious but could have been a little more crispy, but maybe that is how they make them.
Original Tonkotsu Ramen
Had it with the thin noodle. Came out al dente, which I prefer. Broth wasn't too salty. Overall, delicious. And the egg. Cooked or boiled the the point where the yolk was barely runny. I like my egg cooked this way. Yummy.
