  • Awful. I had a tonsillectomy and the whole procedure from start to finish I was treated with rudeness and callousness when I had questions or concerns. The receptionist Becky in particular was vicious and argumentative when I expressed concern that no doctor in the whole practice could look at my throat to give the go ahead to eat solid food after 16 days...I had to go to urgent care to have a doctor look at my throat. That's how incompetent they are and they blame their incompetence on you, the patient. Truly a horrific experience.
