  • Yes, Infinity Air proved themselves to be worth the 5 stars because when I urgently needed them to come back to recheck my AC thermostat on the day of my house inspection, they managed to rush one of their techs to my house within 30 minutes of my panicked call. The company had serviced my AC for a routine tuneup, but for some unknown reason, the AC stopped working a few days after passing their checks. What made the timing really bad was that the inspection was for later in the afternoon on the same day that my AC suddenly shut down! The tech who came over was confused at first too, but finally figured out that it was an issue with a breaker after looking into the attic and the power box. Thank goodness he fixed it in time before the inspector showed up! And best of all, I wasn't charged for the call back! Now that's genuine customer care!!! A BIG Thank You to the team at Infinity Air for saving my house sale in the nick of time!
