  • I LOVE Mexico Lindo, their food is always amazing and fast and hot! I usually get the Enchilada Suiza or the ribs. The ribs are a fairly new menu item and I highly recommend them!! The staff are all very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest...is getting a pop fountain and offer free refills. It's odd to only get a can of pop in a restaurant.
