| - We came in on the 14th of November just to look... you gave us a deal we couldn't refuse. We told you how our whole banking situation is and ya'll said no problem, a few days pass and you tell us we have to come in and resign for an extra $67 dollars a month, cool that's not too bad, we looove this truck let's do it.. a week passes and you tell us you need my tax returns, okay here ya go...and also somewhere in there we also brought in the truck to have the brakes looked at, because the brakes were squeaking and I wanted to make sure our baby was okay...but anywho .. now almost a month later, you tell us we can't have the truck unless we get a co -signer. Now Kyle and I are super nice people, possibly the nicest people you'll meet, we put other peoples needs before our own, probably more than we should but we do because we like to see other people happy and if we have the opportunity to do it than why not. This truck is the one thing we did for ourselves, well mainly for our business, but also for us.
We were so beyond happy after signing the papers and even so after signing again for more money, fast forward to now and we feel completely gutted and a bit screwed over... because now the car payment on my trade in is past due the registration is also past due and I've already spent $227 on the new insurance for the truck which I wouldn't mind because I thought it was our truck. We have shown proof that we have more than enough to cover payments and tried to give you what we can for whatever info you need money wise, but all we are getting now from you guys is no, no, no....we have been saying yes to everything you guys need.
I read somewhere on your website that "the only no you will hear is no problem".....now all I'm hearing is no, there is nothing but problems.
I have worked in customer service my whole life and grew up with an autistic brother and a bipolar brother, so taking care of people has always been my thing.
So reflecting on your business, you guys were great in the beginning, seems like you went above and beyond to get this sale, but now that something went wrong on your side, it feels like you guys could care less and just want us to go away....
I want to know what makes your dealership any different or better than others...you put John 3:16,

This has been the worst car buying experience in my life.
I pray that you guys can make this right.

They took the truck back after we had put over 1000 miles on it after using it for work cleaning pools. Didn't want to help us out anymore and just said to bring it back. Took it back 2 days after posting the original review... drove past the lot today and it was empty.......
