  • First off the hotel is gorgeous. Checking was so easy and pleasant. The lobby, elevator, everything is beautiful. My biggest complaint here will be that I chose this hotel specifically because the indoor "heated" pool and will say it was not warm indoors. I was not in the pool with the kids and was freezing sitting on the chairs. All the kids were cold in the pool. And people that came to the pool left like in 10 minutes because it was so cold. Tried to have a staycation and pool all day... well the worst indoor pool because it's so cold. Phoenix is so hot I might as well have gotten one with an outside pool
