  • Jennifer, I wanted to make sure I wrote you an email just to say how grateful I am to you. Your kind words touched me dearly. I know I didn't say much during the call but you just kept talking and I want you to know I listened to every word. I am so glad I spoke to you, your ability to comfort people is unmatched. As I told you I rescue senior dogs and have been through this 6x in 6 years. Your words meant the most out of everyone I have ever spoke to about any of my dogs. I would rate my vet 10/10 but you an 11/10. I was even more grateful to the compassion you showed me when I canceled my appointment. This is something I will never forget and wish everyone let alone every company would show. Very grateful
