I'm a Chicagoan who frequented Lou Malnati's, Giordano's, etc. all my life. CBC's deep dish leaves nothing to be desired. In fact, I enjoy the rich dough / crust even more.
Vegas recently got a Giordano's, but I will be hitting up CBC for deep dish. It's less costly and as a local now, I hate going to the strip just to eat.
The kicker is that there is cigar-friendly section. For non-smokers, the main restaurant section is smoke free. The humidor is decently stocked. Prices range a bit, but one of my fav smokes (CAO Brazilia) was in stock and sold at a fair price of $7.
