  • Just came back from my visit at Haven Spa and this visit definitely exceeded my last. Eileen did my shellac manicure and regular pedicure. She did a great job. She really took her time and listened to what I wanted to achieve with the polish design. She was happy and pleasant to speak with and seemed like she really cared about her clients and enjoys working here. Although the spa is quite small, it can accommodate a few people for a quiet and intimate spa getaway. Since my last visit, they have added a few new touches - I especially like the sign on the massage doors to let other clients and the staff know there is a massage in session. Because the spa is small, I do find the noise can travel quite a bit. Nicki at the front desk was pleasant and the spa owner, Femie is also very kind and really takes the time to understand the clients needs and their suggested recommendations. Overall, my 2nd visit with this spa has been a much better experience. I am looking forward to returning with my mom for a facial from Eileen in a few weeks. Thanks!
