I went out of town last Feb. I decided to take my Rotti/German shep mix to be boarded there for 3 days. I needed her shots to be updated in order to board her, I paid to have her shots done per policy to protect pets they must have updated shots. I came back home and went to pick her up and they took about 15-20 minutes to just to bring her out, this is all while the whole ride back i was sick throwing up, felt week and just wanted to go in and get home! So 3 about 2 or 3 days after I pick her up from there I get a phone call telling me my dog was there 3 days and never received her vaccines! They said I can bring her back whenever and have them done with a credit.
About a month or so ago I went in to have the shots done, Dr. came and took my dog to the back for the vaccines which I believe is typically done in front of the owner but whatever. They had her back literally less than 2 minutes and when she came back typically the pet while have a wet spot on neck after vaccines, she had no wet spot on her which I thought was weird. I go check out and the girl says nothing about the vaccines and they give me no rabbies tag. I had to question did she did not receive her shots again? They under charged me on this visit and all around I just do not understand how they do not pay attention.
Last time I stopped in to grab cat food for my grandma's sick cat. She called prior to me going to have what she wanted ready. I walk in and the chick at the counter is bull shitting with a customer and leaves me standing there for about 3-5 minutes without even acknowledging me which was rude! Not only that but I get o my grandmas house and she opens the bag they had prepared for pick and everything in there was wrong including a can of dog food. Seriously need to get it together. We are trusting our pets to be safe in your hands and to be so careless.
