rev:text	So, I had gotten my lashes done somewhere else, and wanted to save money by switching over to cherry. Things started rough when they called saying my appt was at 5 when it was supposed to be at 530. I called back and they said that my actual lash appt was at 530, but my removal for my old lashes was at 5??! I was never told that, and seeing as I got off work at 5, that was not possible. How was I supposed to know I was supposed to show up 30 min early?! When I said I wanted to make an appt for 530, I meant 530!? Also, I was used to very dramatic lashes, and so when all was said and done and I barely had any lashes I I was almost in tears. They tried to tell me that that's what I booked, but I was never given an option of what I wanted, and my previous place didn't have different "levels" so I didn't think to even ask. I asked why they never asked me on the phone what type I wanted, especially since I was a new customer, and they said there was probably only time for a "flirty set" on the day I wanted. I still would've rather gone on a different day and received what I wanted. I offered to pay the price difference for the fuller lashes, but of course they had no time so I had to come back the next day (and received no kind of discount for the inconvenience, which isnt the biggest deal, but bad business IMO). However, the day I came back I had JASMINE, and the did such a good job. She was also SUPER nice and had great people skills that made the time fly. She is the only reason they are receiving 3 stars instead of one, and that I will be returning. So I WOULD recommend CLL, just make sure you make it very clear on the phone what you want and go see Jasmine or any of the other girls that got good reviews on here. Getting a good lash artist really does make all the difference at this place.
