  • I signed up online, paid, and showed up for my very first OT class today. After arriving, I was told that I couldn't take class because I wasn't 30 minutes early. Not only was this never communicated to me ahead of time, it was also a 6:10 am class, so that would be a bit aggressive even for me. Huge bummer. I actually teach a very similar class at a different gym in the Midwest, so I am pretty sure I could have signed a waiver and jumped in, no problem. Regardless, the rule and the lack of communication was really disappointing. I hope I receive my $28 back. On a positive note, Eric the instructor, introduced himself and seemed great.
