  • What lost prevention genius decided to have cashiers switch shopping carts at check out. Its a delay and inconvenience to the customer. Also i like sanitising my shopping cart at the entrance since they are disgusting looking most of the time then you switch my cart at the end??? What was the point of sanitising the cart? I really only shop here if I'm in the area. I will not be renewing my sams club membership this year I'm much happier shopping at costco they have pretty much everything fresher, nicer and most importantly cashiers look happier.
