  • DSW sold me defective shoes and told me I could return them. I drove 50+ miles and they refused to even give me store credit because the shoes were classified as a "final sale." A new program that DSW uses to conduct unethical business practices, and get rid of their broken trash. The manager was rude about it too. It seems she was trying to throw it in my face as her cowardice smile mocked me from behind the counter. They refer to their customers as "shoe lovers." No I'm not a f#$%ing shoe lover I just don't want it to hurt when I walk you #$%#. Worst experience with a business that I can remember. I'm a pretty level headed individual and these people made me want to go postal. Save yourself the same torment and boycott this sh$%ty company.
