  • I have thought and thought about not writing anything but I know I choose this place because of the yelp reviews! I made an appointment with Tracy. Unfortunately I called to see if I could get in earlier as we were hosting a party. She first said no I'm to busy. Then I assumed changed her mind and told me to come in Thursday at 2pm. I arrived on time and was told that she was going to have one of the other girls glue on the tips...waited until she moved her other client to pedicure area. She then comes back and informs me that she is too busy and you know you can't use dip method on tips! She pawns me off to another guy who is their expert on acrylics. He is rude and arrogant and won't do anything I ask! Proceeds to tell me I know best I been doing nails for 20 years. After he finished torturing me I was put into the pedicure bowl and was left there for an hour. Finally Tracy tells the older lady who was changing the bowls for the next pedicure that she was doing my pedicure. When she was done Tracy told her to finish and paint. She looked as surprised as I did. I think it was her first time. Meanwhile Tracy is doing other people's pedicures that came in after me. I spent three hours there being treated like I was the rude person. What ever happened to customer service? WHY NOT JUST SAY NO? I WAS SET UP AND EVERYONE THERE SEEMED TO ACT LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT AND WERE RUDE TO ME! Needless to say I will never go back!
