rev:text	Initially turned off by the other Yelp review that said Anna was difficult to schedule an appointment with - but I was wrong. Called, left a voicemail, and received a return phone call within an hour or so. Anna scheduled me outside of her normal hours just to accommodate my 9-5, M-F schedule. After graduating college, I struggled on and off with adult acne. Dermatologists I saw spend about 15 minutes with you, write prescriptions for strong chemicals, give you a few instructions and call it a day. I don't feel like they really try to get to the root of the problem... that's a whole other discussion to be had. I've been to Anna 3 times now, having purchased the 6 session acne treatment package. You're required to buy all the products and follow the program in order to be successfully treated (additional products add about $150 to the tab - includes esthetician strength facewash, toner, serum, lotion, sunscreen, benzoyl peroxide acne med). She went over the products and gave me specific instructions. VERY SPECIFIC - what to use, how much, and when to use for every morning/night for 6 weeks. Each visit was spaced out for every two weeks - each session is an update, check up, and a chemical peel. No breakouts now for 2 weeks! My skin is now even, smooth textured, and transformed. At the end of the appointment, Anna will ask you to make another appointment for next time so that you will be sure to see her in two weeks again. Highly recommend and trust! You will see results.
