| - I had made an appointment for them to find the leak in my AC system. Appointment time was 10AM, yet the car was not pulled into a bay until close to 11. They did find the leak, and we were out of there at 1:30. I must say Deven is extremely patient and polite to all persons and callers I had observed while there for 3 1/2 hours. We decided to let them fix the leak even though my husband could have done the job himself, except for the fact when adding the freon, you need to really have the right measuring tools as not to over charge the system. While checking for the leak, and the time it was there, there was no charge for the diagnosis. I know dealers don't do s--t for no charge. As the hose that had the pinhole in it was not in stock, we decided to bring the car back in on Thursday at 8:30 for the repair which was $400.00. When my husband got there, that is when they ordered the part. I personally thought the part should have been there. After the fact I suggested to Deven that if there was hesitation that a customer might not come back, in order to expedite waiting time, ask the customer to pre-pay for the part. So, my husband had to go to DMV to turn in the plates from our totaled vehicle. Deven had a worker there drop my husband off at DMV in our car, about a 5 minute ride. When my husband was done at DMV he ordered a Lyft back to Sun. To his surprise, the part was there, but car was still outside. Because of the waiting time, despite appointments for both times our car was there, that is why I give them 4 stars, rather than 5. But for politeness, I can say they are worlds ahead of anywhere else I have ever had a car serviced. (Luckily my husband does all our repairs, and on the vehicle that went here, he replaced the compressor, condensor, recharged system, put flourescent die in to looks for leak, but just couldn't find it.) I would without hesitation recommend Sun. I understand that Sun is a family business that started in Arizona and all locations are wholelly owned by the family.
