Where do you start when you are turning forty years old, and you are dissatisfied with not only your body but your health as well. I felt like many people that the big gyms are intimidating and I was nervous about where I should start, what I should eat, how many days a week should I work out, and how should train. The staff at underground fitness made feel comfortable during the initial phone visit, to the initial consultation and my very first workout. Dave customized a plan for my own needs and enlisted Trish to assist me with my mobility and cardiovascular training. After training four days a week for six months, the transformation has been fantastic. I only have one regret, I wish I would have taken that first step, of making that first phone call earlier.
