  • I've lived in at Optima Sonoran Village for 6 months now and it's truly an amazing spot for someone looking to find a place in Phoenix within walking distance of everything one could need! I'm writing this review now because Alexandria and Kristi in the Leasing Office are incredible. They are kind and go out of their way to ensure I'm satisfied as a resident. Every week when my Blue Apron delivery arrives, they call or text to let me know that I have a perishable in the office and often bring it to the community kitchen refrigerator to ensure it stays fresh (even though the box it comes in is refrigerated and would stay fresh all day). This type of over-the-top (in the best of ways) service combined with the beautiful design of this complex is why I give them a 5-star review. Furthermore, I'm currently on a 30-day roadtrip that I've had to extend to (now more than) 70 days. I live alone, and Alexandria helped coordinate a delivery while I was gone and also checked in on my place to ensure that the delivery drivers were faithful with their delivery and also didn't bother any of my belongings inside of my studio. Alexandria also has been willing to talk to the post(wo)man about my likely overflowing mailbox to ensure that I continue to receive important mail and that it's not returned to sender while I'm away. This willingness to help out while I'm away makes this place perfect for any traveling (or not) professional needing a place to stay where folks who work at the Optima SV can help ensure any time away is as smooth as possible. We reap what we sow; Alexandria and Kristi (and others) have certainly done what it takes to reap this 5-star review. So very satisfied with my stay so far at the Optima and would recommend it to others without a doubt!
