EDIT:GM reached out to me and addressed the problem. I am happy with the resolution and plan on using the store again in the future.
Original Review:
I had to go back 3 times after the techs installed my 4 new Yokohama tires.
(Friday) I purchased the tires, and the TPMS sensor light was on, 'just drive it for a while and it will go away' I was told.
(Saturday) In the morning one tire was flat, which I removed and took back. The store repaired the TPMS (tire pressure sensor) they rebuilt incorrectly and I was able to return home and put the tire back on my car. I then had to return once again because they forgot to replace the center-cap back onto the wheel they had just repaired.
(Sunday) I come out ready to start my day and my two front tires were flat and I was stuck at home ALL day long until Monday. Discount is closed on Sundays.
(Monday) I visited the store again and the TPMS sensors were the issue on those tires as well. The problem was fixed for all four tires in an hour and I was on my way after missing my Saturday morning, Sunday weekend and my Monday morning at work. Worst experience. Unfortunate since its so close by.
In the end I was told that their 'system' stated that a particular piece should be used to rebuild my sensor and that is why it was done incorrectly. I have gone to other Discounts in the past and this was never an issue.
The tires are great, the service and accountability, not so much.
