  • Renter Beware: the Stetson is located in the middle of a dozen or more open air clubs that are legally permitted to bump Arizona's loudest tunes until 2 am every night thanks to the corrupt Scottsdale City Council. I have been tormented by the noise on 5 nights per week since moving in much much further away- so one can only assume the Stetson experience will be much more extreme. I guess the Stetson answers the question: how awesome can life be with 2 hours of sleep per night.
