  • Had these guys come out today and had to be the worst by far. He showed up with a work order for the wrong house. Then he rudely told my wife and I to "move the car now" because he had a busy schedule today. After that he need a water, so I said to him look on the side of the house as I'm picking up my garage. He then says to me "don't you live here and you don't know where the water is". So I told him to leave and called the company. Once I asked him to leave he said it was his accent that made him sound rude. As I'm on the phone with the company he then yells to my wife "not to call because he's the owner". Ended up having a REAL Professional Carpet Company come out. Don't waste your time with these clowns!!!
