  • Had heard good things about the beer and the food and decided to spend the evening hanging out with friends over a few cold ones... but.... No beer. A Friday evening and the system was completely down. No beer at the brewery. No offer to comp drinks or discount food. What service there was was mediocre. Reception desk didn't even realize the lack of beverage availability and were surprised when we walked past on our way elsewhere. Not so great on the communication with the frontlines. Will I go back? Maybe. But I don't have high expectations at this point.
