I was not impressed...at all. There were two attendees manning the "special" check-in line. I am not so special, just an average business traveler. I waited for a while, and finally walked up to them asking if I could please check -in.
The service in the restaurant took place with as few smiles and pleasantries as they could muster. not sure what they are so mad about.
My desk phone was broken, so I couldn't call them for a wake-up call. I had to get dressed and go down to the desk...and wait in line again.
I plugged my phone and iPad into the outlet on the desk, only to wake up the next morning with both of them dead. The outlet was broken. Nice.
