| - First time finding out about this place through a friend on Facebook and she suggested the Fat Choy Burger at the Fat Choy restaurant inside of the Eureka casino.
So I made it the next day to the Eureka Casino and my observation it was a very quaint very clean neighborhood casino so, I made it inside the Fat Choy and, it too was very quaint and very cozy atmosphere.
The server was very attentive and very nice as she greeted me so, I told her that it was my first time there and that I heard the Fat Choy Burger was poplar and she agreed with me and went on to tell me burger ingredients with such enthusiasm which to me it sounded really enticing so, I ordered it along with a Buddha Beer.
Shortly my order arrived and I was pleasantly surprised how big the burger was. The burger is 1/2 pound of Angus beef and consisted of the following toppings of boneless short ribs, bacon, cheddar cheese, roasted tomato and , a fried egg on a fresh bun.
All I have to say the burger didn't last very long on my plate it was Deeeeelicious!! After devouring my burger treat I also noticed on their menu they had pork belly which I haven't tried before so, I ordered a small portion of pork belly slices which shortly arrived and it had a fatty kind of bland flavor but, with a little tobasco on it I woke up the flava.
Anyway to sum it up the food was great the server was friendly and the place was clean. I'll be returning to this little spot soon to try many of the other items on the menu but, at the mean time the Fat Choy burger will be the number one thing I'll be back for.
