  • It was "Ight." I was more focus and anticipating "strange & different" foods. I seen a few cool urban recipes. Chili and cheese spin offs. Some sushi rolls, games and carnival favorites. I myself, was looking forward to more "out of this world" eats. The gator and frog legs was the only bites up my alley. No goat, lamb or crawfish. I believe / think there are a lot more that can come of this festival. It was a nice outing. Far from a waste of time, I just had higher expectations.
