  • 5 stars for the amazing volunteers, who went above and beyond to accomodate my disabled little brother. This was in September 2016. My brother has very limited walking ability, so they had everyone board the train first, then moved the train down so that the car we were in was right in front of us, patiently waited for us to get on and seated, and even held onto his wheelchair for us. At the return we got off first and they had his wheelchair waiting right there. This meant the world to my brother, and he had such a great time. This was a great opportunity to have him enjoy the park scenery while he was comfortably seated, and he was excited about the train ride. We had the upper dome tickets and it was great, but it would have been better if the windows were cleaner. Grateful for the volunteers and their dedication and compassion.
