  • Horrible. My daughter and I are REGULARS and my daughter came in yesterday to get her full set with gel on top and they were done to her dissatisfaction. She came home very upset so I called the salon and she said she could come back today to have them redone. My daughter shows up at the scheduled time and they tell her, " oh here is 10.00 gift certificate for next time - it will be too painful to take those off and start over and it will take us an hour and a half and its really complicated - and veryyyy painful ". OMG!!!!!! My very timid daughter was just mortified expecting to get her shitty ass nails redone she already paid for redone!!! My daughter also told me that the gal said they will have to charge her for another NEW set of nails but will give her a discount. WTF??? I will never ever ever come back here.
