  • They were out of main core items.. chocolate ice cream, wafffle cones/cups.... which is fine. It happens. The people in front of us were very rude about it so I can understand that the staff was getting hassled about it. But the staff member was so just irritated and indifferent to us while helping ... it was borderline rude. Sucks when you go out for ice cream, usually a fun special event, and it's met with low energy, rude staff members. Lame.
