  • I ordered some vinyls for a customer of mine that wanted some custom cups made. I emailed over the imagine and told them what I was going to be doing with them and when it came down to picking them up and received them and it was nothing what I was looking for, and I don't have time to put in another order since she needed them by Wednesday. Ended up losing a sale, and ended up with five vinyl stickers not even vinyls. I am so disappointed with my experience here. Taking I do a lot of vinyl work for my business, I am going to have to find another shop that will be able to cut the vinyl the way I want and not in sticker form, if I knew they would have came out in sticker form vs actually letter cut vinyl I would have saved my $30 and ordered somewhere else.
