Sashimi review only: I had the 7 piece chef's choice, which consisted of 3 yellowtail, 2 white fish, and 2 salmon. The presentation was beautiful--banana leafs draped over a bed of ice with the fish arranged on top--but the fish was nearly frozen, which prevents those delicate flavors from melting on your tongue as sushi should. That said I could be coerced to go back but I wouldn't order the same thing. At a restaurant that has menu items such as "The Motherload" and "Taste Explosion" it's probably a safer bet to abandon tradition and go with something with a bit more flair. After all Rick Flair is credited on the menu.
