Amazing restaurant with plentiful vegetarian options - at the top of my list of favorite Pittsburgh restaurants!
I normally get 2 empanadas (3 daily types of empanadas, with one of them always being vegetarian) and the Vegetale sandwich. As I am not a huge fan of mushrooms, I usually request that provolone cheese be used to replace the mushrooms in the sandwich, which the employees are always happy to oblige with, with no hassle or extra cost. Keep a look out for the seasonal pasta special as well, a good mix of tangy aioli sauce and vegetables. Also, the condiment sauces are to die for! Be sure to use these generously with any entree you order.
BYOB. I'd recommend going at off peak hours (for example, 5 PM for early dinners) to ensure the line does not get too long (since they don't take reservations).
