  • This doctors office has been a joke since I started going. Zero stars if possible. I was seen back in January for my physical. All blood work etc. came back normal. My doctor said she will right me a prescription for 6 months worth. I had a mail order prescription I was finishing up from a prior doctor so I didn't need her refill right away. I go to cash in on her refills finally and I have none. Zip. Zero. I call the office to confirm and they said she never prescribed my medication. Wtf! I have filled this medication with them in the past so I asked if they could send an emergency supply until I can get into their office. No they can't. They can't send an emergency supply on a medication that keeps my anxiety at bay. A medication I have been on for ten years. They have an office policy that you have to see them every 3 months. They literally did nothing to render the situation and couldn't get me into the office until 4 days later. Any of you who have been on an ssri know the pain of the withdrawals.thanks Gilbert medicine for making me go to urgent care for a refill.
