Have been here many times and all have been mediocre to awful. I've had a hard time putting my finger on it and I think it finally came to me after this last visit. Onsite management is absolutely awful.
The waitresses seem to hate working there and are understaffed. No items can be sent back to the kitchen under any circumstance. A plate laid is a plate paid! The hostess has to also serve as the runner, and she does not have time to check the accuracy of the orders (literally every food item we ordered was missing something or was just wrong).
The GM there should really be ashamed of their performance. Not professional at all.
