| - This is the worst shipping experience ever! In January 2018, I used this UPS location to send a very sentimental present to my elderly mother-in-law in VA. The clerk said she would package it so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Later learned not only it didn't get delivered, it was damaged and the UPS driver lied to cover it all up. It eventually got returned to this UPS location and I filed a claim. I learned Connie, who I assume runs this place, is the only person who handles claims. She initially denied the claim saying I was responsible for inadequate packaging when it was her clerk who did the packaging! The clerk had lied, too! Then Connie requested proof of the value of her gift. When provided to her in writing from the company we got it from, she then began stalling saying she had no time to look into it any further because she was either extremely busy or she had to run it by her boss, John. As of today, March 20, this matter is still unresolved and I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Because of the deception of the UPS delivery driver originally lying that he delivered it, and the UPS clerk lying that I packaged it myself, I am also seeking legal action.
