I live in Henderson, but finding recycling nearby is nonexistent. It's not about getting cash back. It's about taking care of where I live.
I called Nevada Recycling, near where I live, and they don't take glass! What?! What good is that? They take most everything else, but no glass? Seriously?
I will continue driving about 35 minutes once or twice a month to Republic Services Recycling to drop off paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, etc. It's a difficult challenge to be a good Global Citizen in Nevada.
Nevada Recycling states that glass is "garbage" in Nevada and isn't recycled.
This is appalling.
